Moses Mostaghasi, born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas, earned his degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi. With over 20 years of experience in building homes and developing neighborhoods, he has established himself as a prominent figure in the industry. In 2023, he shifted his focus exclusively to land development and commercial projects and founded Coastal Bend Lots. Moses is deeply committed to his community, serving on various boards, including the United Corpus Christi Chamber of Commerce, and supporting local nonprofits.

Live Oak Construction – Co-Owner
Richard Voss is the co-owner of Live Oak Construction and a seasoned land developer with a long-standing commitment to the Coastal Bend region. Since joining the company in 1993, Richard has built over 900 homes, establishing Live Oak Construction as a leader in residential building. A Texas A&M graduate, he combines his expertise in construction and land development to contribute to the area’s growth and community development. His dedication to quality and innovation has earned him a strong reputation in the industry.

Royal Home Realty – Owner/ Broker
Justin Hedrick, a lifelong resident of Corpus Christi, is a seasoned real estate broker with over 20 years of experience. Currently, he serves as the Director of Land Development for Coastal Bend Lots and the Broker for Royal Home Realty, where he specializes in residential, commercial, and land sales. In addition to his professional roles, Justin is an active member of the community, serving on the planning commission for the City of Corpus Christi and volunteering with his church.

Weber Greene, LTD – Owner
Jimmy Dodson, born and raised in the London community, attended London School before graduating from Texas A&M in 1974. Along with his family, he has farmed in Nueces and surrounding counties for decades. With over 40 years of leadership in local, state, and national agriculture, Jimmy has served on various boards and advisory committees. Since 2013, he has chaired the Farm Credit Bank of Texas in Austin, which funds 14 retail cooperative lenders across five states, managing over $40 billion in assets. His family partnership, Weber Greene, Ltd., owns land in the heart of the London growth corridor, where Jimmy has been instrumental in improving planning, drainage, utilities, and transportation as the area has developed.

Leon Law – Co-Owner
Celina Leon is an experienced criminal defense attorney with 13 years in the field, handling cases from misdemeanors to first-degree felonies. She also has extensive civil defense experience, with nearly 500 depositions and numerous trials and hearings. Celina has argued before the Thirteenth Court of Appeals and the Texas Supreme Court. Inspired by her law school work on wrongful convictions, Celina is passionate about fighting for her clients. A dedicated mother of four, she enjoys family time, cake decorating, and crafting. Celina is active in several legal and community organizations, showcasing her commitment to her profession and community.

London ISD – Superintendent
Dr. Bill Chapman is the Superintendent of London ISD bringing over 30 years of experience in education. Before joining London ISD in 2024, he served as superintendent in Palacios and Jarrell ISDs and held leadership roles in several other Texas districts. A graduate of Sam Houston State University, Dr. Chapman holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership and has been recognized as Region 13 Superintendent of the Year and Distinguished Educator of the Year. He currently serves as President-Designee of the National Rural Education Association and is known for his focus on growth, academic excellence, and community partnerships.

Pastor – Church Unlimited
Pastor Marcus Brendling serves as the Broadcast Campus Pastor at Church Unlimited, where he leads out over all Broadcast Ministries, leads spiritual discipleship from the pulpit, periodically preaches, and mobilizes outreach efforts. A graduate of Hope International University, Marcus is known for delivering inspirational messages like “You Are Golden,” urging people to embrace their God-given gifts. He has stepped up on community issues, such as encouraging citywide prayer during droughts, demonstrating his heart for both spiritual and civic influence. Beyond the pulpit, Marcus is celebrated for his relational leadership, compassionate presence, and commitment to helping congregants grow in their faith and impact.

First Title – CEO
Brent Chesney is the owner and CEO/General Counsel of First Title Company and has served as a Nueces County Commissioner for Precinct 4 since 2014. With a background as a former Corpus Christi City Councilman and County Court at Law Judge, Brent is deeply committed to his community. He founded the Sandcastle Run to support children with diabetes and was honored as Father of the Year by the American Diabetes Association. Brent’s passion for helping others and improving his community drives his ongoing public service.
